Pursuant to RA 8792, it is a criminal
offense

1. To interfere in computer
system/server or information &
communication System.
2. To obtain access to data without
Authority.
3. To access in order to corrupt, alter
steal or destroy information or data.
4. To introduce computer viruses.

Penalties for these violations,
under RA 8792, section 33, shall be a
minimum fine of one hundred thousand
pesos (P100,000.00) and a maximum
commensurate to the damage incurred
and a mandatory imprisonment of
six (6) months to three (3) years
